INVITATION TO EXHIBIT
Following the outstanding success of the TroPro Trade Shows last year, it brings us great pleasure to invite you to exhibit at TroPro 10.
TroPro is designed to provide suppliers with an avenue to exhibit their wares at a very low cost compared to exhibition management style trade shows. The shows provide opportunity for suppliers to showcase their goods directly to the retail level decision makers.
Our aim is to keep an informal boutique-style atmosphere for exhibitors, encouraging a relaxed but busy trade show.
Last year saw big crowds turn out to see practically all of the Industry suppliers under one roof. There were new ranges, outstanding displays of equipment, good advice and general industry connectivity.

TARGET MARKET
The Trade show will attract Trophy, Engraving and Promotional Product retail companies from all over Australia.
This year's shows will build on the solid reputation of previous years as all suppliers come under one roof to unite and draw a big busy Trade show. It's TroPro's 10th year of existence and it's going to be the biggest shows ever.
PROMOTING THE SHOW
Avertisements will appear in the Sand Carvers Advocate, sent to around 2,000 Trophy and Engraving Businesses and the Visual Impact Newsletter distributed to 6,500 addresses
Emails to the TroPro database will be sent monthly up to a month before the shows, weekly in month of shows and a countdown in week of show
PDF available for Exhibitors to send to their clients and prospective clients.
VENUES
Brisbane Technology Park Auditorium
Clunies Ross Court, Eight Mile Plains
The Brisbane Technology Park is located on the corner of Miles Platting Road and Logan Road in Eight Mile Plains. It is adjacent the major junction of Brisbane's motorway/freeway system and in close proximity to the Brisbane city centre, with fast access to the airport and the Gold Coast.
Sydney Showground - Southee Pavillion
Cnr Showground Rd & Grand Pde, Sydney Olympic Park (Homebush Bay)
Homebush Bay is located close to the geographic centre of Sydney, with a train station at the front door and parking for 10,000 vehicles, getting there is easy. The Southee Complex provides a spacious, light-filled location for the trade show.
Melbourne Showground - Exhibition Hall 3
Cnr Epsom Rd & Langs Road,Ascot Vale
The showground is at Ascot Vale, located 15 minutes from Melbourne’s International Airport and situated 10 km from Melbourne’s CBD, the showground is serviced by public transport including trains, buses and trams.

Price per show (all plus GST):
1 block $1100
2 blocks $1700
3 blocks $2100
4 blocks Price on application
3 Phase Power $165 per outlet
All payments must be made prior to the shows.
SOME EXTRA THINGS YOU MAY WANT TO KNOW
Each venue will have access to refreshments close to the venue.
Coffee, tea, snack and sandwiches will be available for purchase.
We are requesting that attendees pre-register for the shows. However, we will have a registration desk for those who have not pre-registered.
The show is a table-top show and the set up of your area including table and cloth set up will be your responsibility.Basic power is available. However, if you require a large number of outlets or high voltage power, it will need to be pre-arranged.
